POPI ACT: A Third Party may have access to your details, for Tennis+ Admin Purposes ONLY. Important Information GROUP FEES:Group fees are payable in advance, WITHIN FIRST 3 WEEKS OF TERM. PRIVATE LESSON FEES:Private lessons are charged in arrears. Statements will be emailed. Payment is due on receipt of statement please. A 24 hour cancellation period is required should you wish to cancel your lesson. The full lesson will be charged if sufficient notice has not been received. SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS:If one player is absent, the full private rate will be charged. Please note that if NO notification has been given that the pupil will be absent, the lesson will be charged accordingly. NON-PAYMENT:Will result in the account being handed over to lawyers for collection. Any costs incurred will be for your own account. A FULL TERM’S WRITTEN NOTICE IS REQUIRED, if you do not intend to continue with Group/Private lessons (FULL TERM’S FEES WILL BE CHARGED) If you intend discontinuing in the following year, notice must be given at the start of the 4th term please. 2 lessons per term may fall away due to bad weather conditions. Lessons can be made up on request, please contact us. Group fees are based on a minimum of 8 weeks per term. Tennis+ & its coaches will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur at coaching sessions.
